TEMPORARY VARIATION TO NORMAL SERVICES The Contractor shall perform the Services within the times detailed in the Agreement save as is hereinafter provided: where the Contractor is performing Works which may disrupt the orderly running of the Energy System or any Managed Equipment in a Customer Unit, the Contractor shall inform both ESCo and the Customer before commencing such work and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact of any loss of Heat to the Customer during the Works.
Where the Contractor is performing works in the carrying out of the Services which may disrupt the orderly running of the Energy System or any Managed Equipment in a Customer Unit or Commercial Customer Building, the Contractor shall inform the relevant Customers before the commencement of such work, and advise the Customer of the likely impact and duration of the works.
Microsoft, through its Enterprise Customer Unit ("ECU"), shall perform the support services for AGENCY as specified in Premier Support Services Description(s) (each a "Services Description"), in the form attached hereto as Appendix C, that may be entered into pursuant to this Agreement from time to time ("Premier Support Services").

Where the fault relates to Tertiary Heating System within a Residential Customer Unit or an action of a Residential Customer or Landlord, the Contractor shall use all reasonable endeavours to ascertain whether responsibility for the fault lies with a Residential Customer or a Landlord of a Residential Customer pursuant to a Residential Customer's lease or a Framework Heat Supply Agreement (as relevant).
