Customer Content definition

Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.
Customer Content means data (including but not limited to all text, sound, video, and image files), software (including machine images), and other information Customer or End Users store, use or make available to Dell on the APEX Service. Customer Content does not include System Data relating to Customer’s or End Users’ use of the APEX Service and which is described in the Service Offering Description.
Customer Content means any material that is (i) entered into the Sprinklr Account by Customer, an Agency or employee on behalf of or under the direction of Customer or (ii) published through the Sprinklr Account to the Connected Services for which Sprinklr has Connected Services Authorization.

Examples of Customer Content in a sentence

  • Customer will be responsible for obtaining all rights, permissions, and authorizations with respect to the Customer Content for use as contemplated under this Agreement.

  • Each Party agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws in performing its obligations hereunder, and Xxxxxxxx agrees that Customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all Customer Content and Customer’s business practices.

  • Customer warrants that (i) it has the right to transmit Customer Content as part of the Cloud Services or any other service that Company may provide in connection with delivering Products to Customer and (ii) its use of Cloud Services will not cause the transmission of spam, unsolicited messages, or infringing, offensive, threatening, or otherwise unlawful content that violates applicable law.

  • Customer shall retain a copy of Customer Content outside the Services.

  • Except for the license granted in this Section, nothing contained in this Agreement will be construed as granting TBH any right, title, or interest in the Customer Content.


More Definitions of Customer Content

Customer Content means all content Customer, or others acting on behalf of or through Customer, posts or otherwise inputs into the Services.
Customer Content means any data, file attachments, text, images, reports, personal information, or other content that is uploaded or submitted to the internet-delivered Services by Customer or Customer Users and is processed by Smartsheet on behalf of Customer. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer Content does not include usage, statistical, or technical information that does not reveal the actual contents of Customer Content.
Customer Content means the content of calls, facsimiles, SMS messages, voicemails, voice recordings, shared files, conferences or other communications transmitted or stored through the Services.
Customer Content means software (including machine images), data, text, audio, video, images, or other content of yours or a third-party that you or your Representative utilize with a Product or upload or transfer to the MCE Service.
Customer Content means any data, text or other content that Customer or any User transfers to Entrust for processing, storage or hosting by the Hosted Service and any computational results that Customer or any User derives from the foregoing through its use of the Hosted Service, and includes Administration Information.
Customer Content means any information or data provided by you or your End Users in connection with your or your End Users’ use of the Solution, including any text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, files, attachments or other materials you transmit to us or store or use on the Solution.
Customer Content means Content You or Your End Users load or use on the APEX Service. Customer Content does not include configuration, performance, and/or usage data that Dell collects in connection with the APEX Service.
