Current Prices definition

Current Prices means the prices for the specified materials prevailing on any date subsequent to the date 28 days prior to the latest date set for the submission of the Tenders, by reason of any National or State Statute or Ordinance,
Current Prices means the prices at which the Products will initially be sold to RBX Customers, as set forth on Exhibit A hereto as of --------- March 4, 2002, including any cash discounts and volume rebates and subject to any freight policies set forth thereon.
Current Prices means the current prices for the raw material prevailing at any date subsequent to the date hereof. The adjustment to the prices under the terms of this Optional Clause c) shall be calculated by applying the difference between the Basic Prices and the Current Prices.
