CSC Agility definition

CSC Agility means the proprietary Software of CSC or a CSC Subsidiary known as CSC Agility Platform.

  • During the Initial Term, the CSC Agility License shall be (i) limited solely to the Computer Sciences GS Field and (ii) exclusive as to clause (i) of the definition of “Computer Sciences GS Field” (other than and subject to any rights in respect of CSC Agility or the Applicable Licensed Product Items granted by CSC or any CSC Subsidiaries to any Third Party prior to the date of this Agreement) even as against CSC.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, the “Software” means the current generally available version of CSC Agility Platform, including any specified Agility Cloud Adapters and any software from third party licensors distributed with the Software (the “Software”), together with any related user manuals and product documentation provided or made available to You (“Documentation”).

  • During the Initial Term, the CSC Agility License shall be (i) limited solely to the CSRA Field and (ii) exclusive as to clause (i) of the definition of “CSRA Field” (other than and subject to any rights in respect of CSC Agility or the Applicable Licensed Product Items granted by CSC or any CSC Subsidiaries to any Third Party prior to the date of this Agreement) even as against CSC.

  • On May 12, 2016, the Court ruled that CSC Agility Platform - as the successor to SMI - is liable for advancing 80% of Xx. Xxxxxx’x fees and costs in the underlying civil action.

Related to CSC Agility

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Electronic Product Code™ (EPC) means an identification scheme for universally identifying physical objects via RFID tags and other means. The standardized EPC data consists of an EPC (or EPC identifier) that uniquely identifies an individual object, as well as an optional filter value when judged to be necessary to enable effective and efficient reading of the EPC tags. In addition to this standardized data, certain classes of EPC tags will allow user-defined data. The EPC Tag Data Standards will define the length and position of this data, without defining its content.

  • T&Cs means these terms and conditions.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Provider Platform Application means an application or a set of related functionality deployed on a Platform Cloud Service, created by Provider using the Tools to run on or with the Platform Cloud Service for access by End Users.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • NEC Electronics products means any product developed or manufactured by or for NEC Electronics (as defined above).

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • Siemens means Siemens AG (Germany) and its Affiliates.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Authorized Users means an individual or individuals with an authorized business requirement to access DSHS Confidential Information.

  • Internet Domain Name means all right, title and interest (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to internet domain names.

  • Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Service Provider Materials means all works of authorship, products and materials [including, but not limited to, data, diagrams, charts, reports, specifications, studies, inventions, software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques] owned by, or licensed to, the Service Provider prior to the Commencement Date or independently developed by the Service Provider outside the scope of this Agreement at no expense to Transnet, and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;
