Credit Issuer definition

Credit Issuer means the issuer of or obligor under the Credit Facility; provided, however, that if, pursuant to the Credit Agreement, the issuer of or obligor under the Credit Facility shall have appointed an agent on its behalf (which agent may, but need not, act on behalf of other parties as well) and given notice to the Corporation and the Trustee of such appointment, references in the Resolution to the Credit Issuer shall be deemed to refer to said agent, except that with respect to the issuance of such Credit Facility and the obtaining of amounts thereunder, references in the Resolution to the Credit Issuer shall be deemed to refer to such issuer or obligor under such Credit Facility.
Credit Issuer means any issuer of a Credit Facility then in effect for all or part of the Revenue Obligations. The term Credit Issuer shall not include any Reserve Account Credit Facility Provider. Whenever in the Resolution the consent of the Credit Issuer is required, such consent shall only be required from the Credit Issuer whose Credit Facility is issued with respect to the Revenue Obligations for which the consent is required.
Credit Issuer means the issuer of any Credit Facility, its successors and assigns; provided, however, that in connection with the acceptance of an Alternate Credit Facility that results in the occurrence of a Mandatory Purchase Date for a Series of Bonds, until the occurrence of such Mandatory Purchase Date, "Credit Issuer" shall mean, with respect to such Series, the Applicable Credit Issuer immediately prior to acceptance of such Alternate Credit Facility.
