CPS means Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc., a California corporation and its successors.

• If the Certificate Services include Management Services, Enterprise may only use the Management Services in compliance with this Agreement and the CPS for the purpose of managing Certificate(s) issued by Entrust to You or Your Affiliates.

CPS has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.2.
