Corporate Finance Fee definition

Corporate Finance Fee means the fee to be paid to the Agent by the Issuer in consideration of corporate finance and structuring services provided by the Agent;
Corporate Finance Fee means the fee to be paid by the Issuer to the Agent on the Closing Day in consideration of corporate finance and structuring services provided by the Agent.
Corporate Finance Fee has the meaning set out in section 5.1(c);
