Conveyance Date definition

Conveyance Date means the date of a Conveyance, as specified in the applicable Purchase Notice or Notice of Substitution.

Conveyance Date means (i) the later of (a) the date on which title vests in the purchaser at the foreclosure sale of the Property pursuant to the Lien Instrument or (b) the date on which Borrower's statutory right of redemption shall expire or be waived or (ii) the date of the conveyance of the Property to Lender in lieu of foreclosure.

Conveyance Date means the date of a Conveyance.

• In respect of the Conveyance, the Transferor has not assigned, pledged or otherwise conveyed or encumbered any interest in the Transferred Assets being Conveyed to any other Person, which assignment, pledge, conveyance or encumbrance remains effective as of the applicable Conveyance Date.
