Unless otherwise specified in this Contract, Grantee shall maintain legible copies of this Contract and all related documents for a minimum of seven (7) years after the termination of the Contract period or seven (7) years after the completion of any litigation or dispute involving the Contract, whichever is later.
County reserves the right to add, delete, and/or modify the schedule of tests and panels within the boundaries of governing organizations (e.g. Medicare) at any given time during the Contract period.
Continued funding of the Contract in future years is contingent upon the availability of funds and the satisfactory performance of the Local Government during the prior Contract period.

More Definitions of Contract Period

Contract Period means the period during which the “Contract” shall be executed as agreed between the Contractor and the Purchaser in the Contract inclusive of extended contract period for reasons beyond the control of the Contractor and / or Purchaser due to force majeure.
