Constituent Corporations definition

Constituent Corporations has the meaning set forth in the second recital of this Agreement.

Examples of Constituent Corporations in a sentence

  • This Agreement, including any exhibits referred to herein and attached hereto, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Constituent Corporations and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, with respect thereto.
