Confirmation Form definition

Confirmation Form means the order confirmation form set out above and forming part of this Licence;
Confirmation Form means a written form issued by a retailer to enable the customer to provide medical confirmation to the retailer; National Energy Retail Law means the Law of that name that is applied by each participating State and Territory; relevant authority means any person or body who has the power under law to direct us, including the Australian Energy Market Operator and State or Federal Police; residential customer means a person who purchases energy principally for personal, household or domestic use at their premises; retailer means a person that is authorised to sell energy to customers; RoLR event means an event that triggers the operation of the Retailer of Last Resort scheme under the Gas Industry Act 2001.
