Company RSU Consideration definition

Company RSU Consideration shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(b).
Company RSU Consideration means, with respect to Company RSUs, one Company Share for each Company RSU.
Company RSU Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c) to this Agreement.
