Company Intellectual Property definition

Company Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that is owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Company Intellectual Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

Company Intellectual Property means the Company Owned Intellectual Property and the Company Licensed Intellectual Property.

• As of the Effective Time, the Company or the Company’s patent counsel, at Parent’s cost, will have completed the payment or filing of any pending taxes, fees and actions for Registered Company Intellectual Property that fall due within thirty (30) days following the Effective Time.
