Company Assets definition

Company Assets means, with respect to the Company, all assets and interests in assets of the Company, whether real, personal or mixed, whether directly owned or indirectly owned, including without limitation interests owned in Subsidiaries, whether now owned or existing or hereafter acquire or arising and wheresoever located.
Company Assets means all the tangible and intangible assets which the Company owns or has the right to dispose of during the valid term of this Agreement, including without limitation, any immoveable and moveable assets, intellectual property rights such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, know-how, domain names and software use rights, and any investment interest.
Company Assets means all of the assets, properties, permits, rights or other privileges (whether contractual or otherwise) of the Company and its Subsidiaries and, for greater certainty, includes the Owned Properties and the Leased Properties.
