Collateral Term Sheets definition

Collateral Term Sheets shall have the meanings given such terms in the PSA Letter but shall include only those ABS Term Sheets or Collateral Term Sheets that have been prepared or delivered to prospective investors by any Underwriter.

Collateral Term Sheets shall have the meanings given such terms in the PSA Letter.
Collateral Term Sheets shall have the meanings given such terms in the PSA Letter but with respect to any Underwriter shall include only those ABS Term Sheets or Collateral Term Sheets that have been prepared by such Underwriter for prospective investors; (iii) each Underwriter shall provide to the Depositor any 8-K Information which is provided to investors no later than the second business day preceding the date such 8-K Information is required to be filed pursuant to the applicable No-Action Letters and each Underwriter may provide copies of the foregoing in a consolidated or aggregated form including all information required to be filed; and (iv) in the event that the Depositor or any Underwriter discovers an error in the 8-K Information, the Underwriter that prepared such material shall prepare corrected 8-K Information and deliver it to the Depositor for filing.
Collateral Term Sheets shall have the meanings given such terms in the PSA Letter but shall include only (x) the Term Sheets attached hereto as Exhibit B, and (y) those other ABS Term Sheets, Structural Term Sheets or Collateral Term Sheets that have been prepared for and delivered to prospective investors by or at the direction of such Underwriter. As used herein, "Term Sheets" means any ABS Term Sheets, Structural Term Sheets and/or Collateral Term Sheets.
Collateral Term Sheets mean such portion, if any, of the information delivered to the Depositor by the Underwriters pursuant to Section 8(d) for filing with the Commission on an Additional Materials 8-K as:
Collateral Term Sheets as defined in the Second PSA No-Action Letter.
Collateral Term Sheets and "Structural Term Sheets" as used herein shall have the meanings given to such terms in the PSA Letter, but shall include only those ABS Term Sheets, Collateral Term Sheets or Structural Term Sheets that have been prepared or delivered to prospective investors by or at the direction of the Underwriter.
