Collateral Provider definition

Collateral Provider means the Security Collateral Provider under a Security Document or the Transferor under a Transfer Annex, according to context, in relation to which “Collateral Taker” means the Secured Party or the Transferee, as the case may be.
Collateral Provider means an account holder by whom an interest in intermediated securities is granted under a collateral agreement;

Examples of Collateral Provider in a sentence

  • Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement, the Security Collateral Provider enters into a number of Transactions with the Secured Party.
