Club Facilities means the improvements and tangible and intangible personal property which Club Owner shall actually have constructed and/or made available to Members pursuant to the Club Plan. THE CLUB FACILITIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME AT CLUB OWNER’S SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION.
Club Facilities means the club house, driving range, pavilions, kitchens, refreshment rooms and other conveniences built and/or erected on the Estate for the general functioning of the Club and any improvements thereto.
Club Facilities means the actual facilities, improvements, and personal property actually constructed and made available to Owners pursuant to the Club Plan, as detailed in Article XII of the Community Declaration for Bella Trae (“Declaration”).

I hereby acknowledge that the use of the Club Facilities and any privilege or service incident to membership is undertaken with knowledge of risk of possible injury.

More Definitions of Club Facilities
Club Facilities means the club house, driving range, pavilions, refreshment rooms and other conveniences built and/or erected on the Pearl Valley Development for the general functioning of the Club and any improvements thereto;
Club Facilities means all grounds, buildings or other structures owned or operated by the Club.
Club Facilities means the Golf Course, the clubhouse, the workshop and managers house and such other improvements and facilities on the Golf Course Land;
Club Facilities means the golf course(s) and other facilities and amenities owned, operated and/or maintained by the Club.
Club Facilities means the Lodges, improvements, and tangible and intangible personal property which Club Manager shall actually have constructed and/or made available to Members, as described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto.
Club Facilities means the actual facilities, improvements and personal property which Club Owner shall actually have constructed and/or made available to Owners pursuant to the Club Declaration, together with such equipment and personalty as Club Owner determines in its sole discretion. THE CLUB FACILITIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.
Club Facilities means recreational facilities located at any Club, including without limitation a clubhouse, tennis courts and swimming pools as more particularly described in Article XIII, Section 1 hereof.
