CLS Bank definition

CLS Bank means CLS Bank International, an Edge corporation organized under the laws of the United States of America;

CLS Bank means CLS Bank International, an Edge Act corporation under Section 25A of the United States Federal Reserve Act, as amended, and a Member which maintains a CHATS Ledger Account with MA.

• Settlement of all trades shall be governed by rules of CLS Bank in this regard.
