Cloud Resources means all library content provided by the Parties for upload into the Bibliotheca cloudLibrary for the mutual benefit, access and/or use of the Parties and their Libraries.

  • For all Usage Months that fall during or after the Delivery Term of this Addendum, Strategic Blue shall raise an invoice to the Customer for the relevant amount for the same Cloud Resources usage, such invoiced amount reflecting Advanced Resale, and or Commitment, and or Cloud Related Costs, differences from the Cloud Resources usage.
