Class D Interest Carryover Shortfall definition

Class D Interest Carryover Shortfall. With respect to any Distribution Date, as of the close of business on such Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Aggregate Class D Interest Distributable Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii) the amount that was actually deposited in the Note Distribution Account on such Distribution Date in respect of interest for the Class D Notes.
Class D Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of the Class D Interest Distributable Amount for the preceding Payment Date over the amount that was actually distributed in respect of interest on the Class D Notes on such preceding Payment Date, plus, to the extent permitted by law, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Class D Interest Rate, (ii) such excess, and (iii) a fraction equal to one-twelfth.
Class D Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the sum of the Class D Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for the preceding Distribution Date and any outstanding Class D Interest Carryover Shortfall on such preceding Distribution Date exceeds the amount in respect of interest for the Class D Notes actually deposited in the Note Interest Distribution Account on such preceding Distribution Date, plus interest on the amount of interest due but not paid to the Class D Noteholders on such preceding Distribution Date, to the extent permitted by law, at the Class D Rate.
