Examples of Class 1 in a sentence
Effective August 1, 2010, a Class 2 Employee hired after March 5, 2000 required to temporarily fill (as defined in 9.01 and 9.02) a Class 1 position calling for a higher rate of pay than his/her own, shall receive a premium of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour worked or the rate for the position, whichever is less.
