Class 1. A-1, Class 1-A-2 Class 1-A-8 and Class 1-A-9 Certificates.

Class 1 means, at any time, all Class 1 Loans at such time.

  • Effective August 1, 2010, a Class 2 Employee hired after March 5, 2000 required to temporarily fill (as defined in 9.01 and 9.02) a Class 1 position calling for a higher rate of pay than his/her own, shall receive a premium of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour worked or the rate for the position, whichever is less.
