China Connect Securities definition

China Connect Securities means any securities listed and traded on a China Connect Market which may be traded by Hong Kong and international investors under China Connect.
China Connect Securities means any securities listed on a China Connect Market which may be eligible for trading by Hong Kong and international investors on China Connect.
China Connect Securities means any SSE Securities, SZSE Securities and/or securities listed on the relevant China Connect Market which may be eligible for trading on China Connect.

  • The China Connect Securities will be subject to the same rule and therefore any orders with a price beyond the price limit will be rejected, and trading will continue at or within the price limit and will not be suspended unless the price limit is exceeded.

  • Once SSE or SZSE informs the Exchange that the aggregate foreign shareholding of a China Connect Securities reaches 28%, further Northbound buy orders in that China Connect Securities will not be allowed, until the aggregate foreign shareholding of that China Connect Securities is sold down to 26%.

  • Certain China Connect Securities may be difficult or impossible to sell, and this would affect the Client’s ability to acquire or dispose of such securities at their intrinsic value.

China Connect Securities means any securities listed on SSE and/or SZSE which may be eligible for trading by Hong Kong and international investors under China Connect.
China Connect Securities means any securities listed on a China Connect Market which are from time to time accepted as eligible stocks for trading by Hong Kong and overseas investors under Stock Connect. Unless the context requires otherwise, “China Connect Securities” includes “Special China Connect Securities”;
China Connect Securities or “Connect Securities” means any SSE Securities and/or SZSE Securities (as the case may be).
China Connect Securities means any securities listed on a China Connect Market which are from time to time accepted as eligible stocks for trading by Hong Kong and overseas investors under Stock Connect. Unless the context requires otherwise, "China Connect Securities" includes “Special China Connect Securities”; 「中華通證券」指任何在中華通市場上市、而不時獲接納為合資格供香港及海外投資者在滬港通及深港通買賣的證 券。除非文意另有所指,否則「中華通證券」包括「特別中華通證券」;
China Connect Securities means any securities listed on a China Connect Market which the Exchange (after consulting the relevant China Connect Market Operator) accepts as eligible for China Connect buy orders and China Connect sell orders through the use of the China Connect Service, and are included in the list of China Connect Securities from time to time, as referred to in Rules 1407 and 1409(1)(a). Unless the context otherwise requires, any reference in these Rules to “China Connect Securities” includes “Special China Connect Securities” as referred to in Rules 1408 and 1409(1)(b);
