Child Welfare definition

Child Welfare means the Oregon Department of Human Services, Child Welfare.
Child Welfare or "CW" means the division of child welfare with- in DCYF. CW provides case management to children and families involved in the child welfare system.
Child Welfare means the Office of Child Welfare Programs within the Department.
