Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance means the Certificate to be filed by the Owner with the Administrator, on behalf of the Issuer, and the Trustee pursuant to Section 4(f) hereof, which shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C hereto or in such other comparable form as may be provided by the Issuer to the Owner, or as otherwise approved by the Issuer.
Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance. The certificate with respect to the Project to be filed by the Borrower with the Authority, the Oversight Agent and the Trustee which shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance means the Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance and Statistical Report to be filed by the Borrower with the City and the Trustee at the times specified in Sections 4(d) and (f) of this Regulatory Agreement, such report to contain the information set forth in and to be in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B or such other form as may from time to time be prescribed by the City.
Examples of Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance in a sentence
Upon the commencement of the Qualified Project Period, and on each February 1st thereafter (or such other date as shall be requested in writing by the City or the Program Administrator) during the term of this Regulatory Agreement, the Owner shall advise the Program Administrator of the status of the occupancy of the Project by delivering to the Program Administrator (with a copy to the Fiscal Agent) a Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance (a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit D).
Developer shall submit to Authority on an annual basis the Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance.
More Definitions of Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance
Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance means the Certificate to be filed by the Participant with the City, which Certificate shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Attachment No. 4.
Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance. The Certificate with respect to the Project to be filed by the Owner with the City and the Program Administrator, which shall be substantially in the form attached to this Regulatory Agreement as Exhibit D, or such other form as is provided by the City and executed by an Authorized Owner Representative. “Certificate of Preference” - A residential Certificate of Preference issued by the City pursuant to the City’s Certificate of Preference Program, as further described in the Operational Rules attached hereto as Exhibit J.
Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance means the Certificate to be filed by the Borrower with the Issuer, the Program Monitor, if applicable, and the Lender pursuant to Section 4(e) hereof, which shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C hereto or in such other comparable form as may be provided by the Issuer to the Borrower.
Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance means the Certificate to be filed by the Borrower with the Issuer, the Administrator (if other than the Issuer) and the Trustee pursuant to the Regulatory Agreement, which shall be substantially in the form attached as an exhibit to the Regulatory Agreement or in such other comparable form as may be provided by the Issuer to the Borrower.
Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance means the Certificate to be filed by the Owner with the Administrator, on behalf of the Governmental Lender, and the Fiscal Agent pursuant to Section 4(f) hereof, which shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C hereto or in such other comparable form as may be provided by the Governmental Lender to the Owner, or as otherwise approved by the Governmental Lender.
