Cash Reserve Fund definition

Cash Reserve Fund shall bear the meaning ascribed to it in the public offering registration statement which shall be submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission by the Company.
Cash Reserve Fund has the meaning assigned to this term in Clause Seven, section C of the present Agreement.
Cash Reserve Fund means the fund of Cash used by the Creditors Trustee to prosecute Avoidance Actions, other lawsuits, objections to Claims, and any other matters including, without limitation, the retention and payment of Professionals by the Creditors Trustee. The Cash Reserve Fund shall be in the amount of $25,000.
