Caribbean Community definition

Caribbean Community means the Caribbean Community established by the Revised Treaty of the Chaguaramas Establishing the Caribbean Community including the Caricom Single Market and Economy signed at Nassau Bahamas on July 5, 2001;

Caribbean Community means the Caribbean Community established by the Revised Treaty of Chaguaramas signed in the Bahamas on the 5th day of July, 2001, and includes the members of the CARICOM Single Market and Economy within the meaning of section 5 of the Caribbean Community Act;
