Cancelling Date means 150 days after the Effective Date.

More Definitions of Cancelling Date

Cancelling Date means the date stated in Box 15 as may be amended by the express terms of this Agreement. “Delivery” means delivery of the Vessel by the Sellers to the Buyers in accordance with this Agreement. “Delivery Documents” means the documents listed in Annex A (Delivery Documents) to this Agreement. “Deposit Account” means the account of the Deposit Holder for holding the Deposit.

Cancelling Date means 31st December 2018.
