Canadian Preliminary Base Prospectus definition

Canadian Preliminary Base Prospectus has the meaning given to it in Section 2(1);

Canadian Preliminary Base Prospectus means the preliminary short form base shelf prospectus (in both the English and French languages) of the Corporation dated March 6, 2020;

Canadian Preliminary Base Prospectus means the preliminary short form base shelf prospectus of the Corporation dated November 4, 2019;

• The Reviewing Authority has issued a receipt evidencing that a receipt has been issued (a “Receipt”) on behalf of itself and the other Canadian Qualifying Authorities for each of the Canadian Preliminary Base Prospectus and the Canadian Base Prospectus.

• Such preliminary short form base shelf prospectus relating to the distribution of the Shelf Securities, including any documents incorporated by reference therein and any supplements or amendments thereto, is herein called the “Canadian Preliminary Base Prospectus.” The Company has prepared and filed the Canadian Preliminary Base Prospectus pursuant to National Instrument 44-101 - Short Form Prospectus Distributions and National Instrument 44-102 – Shelf Distributions, the “Shelf Procedures”.

• The Reviewing Authority has issued a receipt, which is deemed to also be a receipt of the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, and Newfoundland and Labrador, and evidence of the receipt issued by the Ontario Securities Commission pursuant to the Passport System (a “Passport Decision Document”), for each of the Canadian Preliminary Base Prospectus and the Canadian Base Prospectus.

Canadian Preliminary Base Prospectus has the meaning given above;

Canadian Preliminary Base Prospectus means the preliminary short form base shelf prospectus of the Corporation dated April 15, 2021 (in both the English and French languages unless the context otherwise indicates) filed with the Canadian Qualifying Authorities;

"Canadian Qualifying Jurisdictions" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2. "Canadian Securities Laws" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.

Canadian Preliminary Base Prospectus means the preliminary short form base shelf prospectus of the Company dated June 11, 2021, and filed with the Canadian Qualifying Authorities.

Canadian Preliminary Base Prospectus means the preliminary short form base shelf prospectus for the Province of Québec and the draft amended and restated final short form base shelf prospectus, amending and restating the Initial Canadian Final Base Prospectus, for each of the Provinces of Canada, except Québec, of the Corporation dated October 16, 2020, filed in each of the provinces of Canada in the English language;

Canadian Preliminary Base Prospectus means the preliminary MJDS short form base shelf prospectus of the Company, including any Documents Incorporated by Reference, dated December 22, 2016 relating to the distribution of Class A Shares, warrants, debt securities and/or guarantees of debt securities of the Company filed with the Securities Commissions;
