Calculation Amount definition

Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;
Calculation Amount means U.S.$1,000;
Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such in the Constituting Instrument, or if no such amount is so specified, the principal amount of any Note as shown on the face thereof.

  • At least six (6) weeks prior to the end of each fiscal quarter (the last such fiscal quarter is referred to herein as, the “Testing Period”), the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion shall select (and inform the Borrower of) the particular Unquoted Investments included in the Borrowing Base to be valued by an Approved Third-Party Appraiser selected by the Administrative Agent that collectively have an aggregate Value approximately equal to the Calculation Amount.

  • Where any Interest Period comprises two or more Interest Accrual Periods, the amount of interest payable per Calculation Amount in respect of such Interest Period shall be the sum of the Interest Amounts payable in respect of each of those Interest Accrual Periods.

  • Where the Specified Denomination of a Fixed Rate Covered Bond in definitive form comprises more than one Calculation Amount, the amount of interest payable in respect of such Fixed Rate Covered Bond will be the aggregate of the amounts (determined in the manner provided above) for each Calculation Amount comprising the Specified Denomination without any further rounding.
