C ontractor definition

C ontractor means the successful party who is awarded the contract to perform the work covered under the tender documents and shall be deemed to include the Contractor’s successors, executors, representatives or assign approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.
C ontractor means the commercial organization, government agency or non-profitinstitution that is responsible for executing the terms and conditions of a contract.
C ontractor means the person or entity who has agreed with Owner to perform the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract.
