Benefit Item definition

Benefit Item means any loss, deduction, credit, or other item that decreases Taxes paid or payable or increases Tax basis.
Benefit Item shall have the meaning set forth in Schedule 2.03(d).

  • Maximum Benefit Amount means the maximum amount payable for coverage provided to You as shown in the Schedule of Benefits.
