Behavior Consultant definition

Behavior Consultant means a contractor with specialized skills who develops a Behavior Support Plan.
Behavior Consultant means a contractor with specialized skills who meets the requirements of OAR 411-355-0050(2) and provides the services described in OAR 411-355-0040(2).
