Barrier Event definition

Barrier Event means that R (final) is lower than the Barrier.
Barrier Event means that the Worst Performance (b) on the respective Barrier Observation Date is less than the Barrier Level.
Barrier Event means that any price of the Underlying as published by the Relevant Exchange with continuous observation during the Barrier Observation Period is equal to or lower than the Barrier. A published price shall refer to any price officially published by the Relevant Exchange, resulting from a real transaction, observed during trading hours, from opening auction to closing, with opening and closing auction prices included.

  • Argentex does not independently determine whether a Barrier Event or cut has occurred.

More Definitions of Barrier Event

Barrier Event means that any Reference Price on the respective Barrier Observation Date is lower than the Barrier.
Barrier Event means, in respect of an Index and subject to the Adjustment Provisions, an event that will be deemed to have occurred if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, the Worst Performing Index Performance on the Barrier Valuation Date is less than the Barrier Level.
