Available Channels definition

Available Channels means the linear, satellite delivered and advertiser-supported standard definition and high definition television channels owned and/or operated by the Broadcaster and its networks in accordance with the Applicable Laws, which are offered either a-la-carte or in a Bouquet , a list of which is provided in Schedule A ;
Available Channels means the linear, satellite delivered and advertiser-supported standard definition and high definition pay and free to air television channels (if any) owned and/or operated by the Broadcaster and its networks in accordance with the Applicable Laws, which are offered either a-la-carte or in a bouquet , a list of which is provided in Schedule A (which may be amended from time to time);
Available Channels means the linear, satellite delivered, television channels owned and/or operated by the Broadcaster in accordance with the Applicable Laws, which are offered a-la-carte or as part bouquet of channels, a list of which is provided in Schedule A;

  • Channels means the standard definition (SD) channel(s)/ high definition (HD) channels, as the case maybe and more specifically listed out by the Broadcaster, along with their Nature, Maximum Retail Price (if any) and respective genre, in Annexure B annexed to this Agreement that are owned/operated by the Broadcaster (including its subsidiary company or holding company or subsidiary of the holding company) ;

  • Pay Channel means a channel which is declared as such by ZEEL and for which a share of maximum retail price is to be paid to ZEEL by the IPTV Operator and for which due authorization needs to be obtained from ZEEL for distribution of such channel to subscribers.

  • Marijuana-infused products means products that contain marijuana or marijuana extracts and are intended for human use. The term "marijuana-infused products" does not include useable marijuana.

  • Combination Products means any product containing both a pharmaceutically active agent or ingredient which constitutes a Licensed Product and one or more other pharmaceutically active agents or ingredients which do not constitute Licensed Products.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • processed products means goods placed under a processing procedure which have undergone processing operations;

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.

  • Licensed service area means the geographic area in which the home service provider is authorized by law or contract to provide commercial mobile radio service to the customer.

Users may include, for example, Customer’s and its Affiliates’ employees, consultants, clients, external users, contractors, agents and authorized third parties.

  • Subscribed Channels means the channels from amongst the Channels subscribed/carried by the Operator, as are specifically identified by the Operator by assigning tick marks (✔) against such channels from amongst the Channels listed in Annexure A to this Agreement.
