Available Account Balance definition

Available Account Balance is defined in the Terms and Conditions of Your Account.

Available Account Balance is defined in your Account Agreement.

Available Account Balance means the current balance of EA Member’s Membership Account less (i) such amounts as necessary to cover the costs of any Services provided by, and Membership Fees due to, XO that have not been deducted from the Membership Account prior to the effective date of termination, and (ii) such amount as is necessary to cover the cost of any Services agreed to be provided under the Membership Program prior to the effective date of termination.

• Funds loaded via a Bank Debit Card will load to your Mobile Wallet Available Account Balance in real-time.

• In the event that the Available Account Balance shows an unauthorised overdraft, the Bank charges penalty interest on the debit balance at the rate stated in the Interest Rate List.

• If the Card Holder initiates a Card Transaction whose exact amount is not known at the time the payment is authorised, the Bank may reserve for the Card Transaction an amount presumably exceeding the amount of the Card Transaction out of the Credit Limit or Available Account Balance.

• If the Available Account Balance or the Available Card Balance is smaller than the User Limit assigned to the Card Holder, the Card Holder can only conduct transactions to the extent of the Available Account Balance or Available Card Balance.

• The Client may at any time providing written notice request to withdraw the Available Funds from the Client’s Account and in case of an Available Account Balance the Company shall process the Client’s request on the same day that the request to withdraw funds was made, or the next working day if the Client’s request is received outside of normal trading hours.

• In the event of an unauthorised overdraft of the Available Account Balance, the Bank charges a penalty interest rate on the resulting overdraft balance according to the Interest Rate List.

• We are not obligated to initiate a requested Payment if the Available Account Balance in your designated Account is insufficient to cover that Payment.

• Funds loaded via a Credit Card will load to your Mobile Wallet Available Account Balance in real-time.

• Available Account Balance (Data will be provided by the Cincinnati Finance Center).

• The Account Balance of the Merchant must not fall below the Available Account Balance by the Refund, which is determined by any Rolling Reserves or payout threshold.

More Definitions of Available Account Balance

Available Account Balance or “Available Funds” means the total amount of funds in your Account that you can use to proceed with the Transactions and withdrawals, as it excludes open trades.

Available Account Balance means the current balance of SIG Member’s Membership Account less (i) such amounts as necessary to cover the costs of any Services provided by, and Monthly Membership Fees due to, XO that have not been deducted from the Membership Account prior to the effective date of termination, and (ii) such amount as is necessary to cover the cost of any Services agreed to be provided under the SIG Membership Program prior to the effective date of termination.

Available Account Balance means a remained account balance including overdraft limit after deducting required minimum account balance and hold/blocked amount as stipulated by The Bank.

Available Account Balance means the current balance of Member’s Membership Account less (i) such amounts as necessary to cover the costs of any Services provided by, and Monthly Membership Fees due to, XO that have not been deducted from the Membership Account prior to the effective date of termination, and (ii) such amount as is necessary to cover the cost of any Services agreed to be provided under the SA Membership Program prior to the effective date of termination.

Available Account Balance means, the balance of funds in your Account available for transfer to an External Account subject to the limitations described in this Agreement. The Available Account Balance may be more or less than the amount of your posted balance. Please consult Section 8 of this Agreement for additional information on how we calculate the Available Account Balance.
