Authorized Number of Users definition

Authorized Number of Users means the number of Agents and other personnel of JPMC and its Affiliates who are authorized to use and have access to the Licensed Materials in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Ordering Form concurrently. If no Authorized Number of Users is set forth in the Ordering Form, an unlimited number of Agents of JPMC and its Affiliates are authorized to so use and have access to the Licensed Materials.

Authorized Number of Users means the number of users authorized to use the Software as set forth in an Order Document.  Connection – means any device or application accessible through the Videojet remote service plant server software.

Authorized Number of Users means the number of Users who may be provided access to C4 Software by the License Purchaser. If You are accessing C4 Software through a free Trial License, “Authorized Number of Users" means You only. If the License Purchaser purchased any license to access C4 Software, "Authorized Number of Users" means the number of Users as shown by the quantity of licenses purchased or otherwise acquired by the License Purchaser asindicated on the invoice for C4 Software.

• As further described in Section 4.3, if the aggregate number of Registered Users of Subscriber and its Authorized Collaborators exceeds the then current Authorized Number of Users, then Subscriber shall pay Mestrelab for the purchase of additional licenses for the excess additional Registered Users, which shall correspondingly increase the Authorized Number of Users.

• Prior to the issuance of a permit, proposals needing conditional use review, or consideration for a variance or appeal, must have a warned public hearing.

More Definitions of Authorized Number of Users

Authorized Number of Users means the quantity of Client Access Licenses (CALs) for which a customer has paid.

Authorized Number of Users means the number of Users who may be provided access to SmartDraw by the License Purchaser. If You are accessing SmartDraw through a free Trial License, “Authorized Number of Users" means You only. If the License Purchaser purchased any license to access SmartDraw other than a Site License, "Authorized Number of Users" means the number of Users as shown by the quantity of licenses purchased or otherwise acquired by the License Purchaser as indicated on the invoice for SmartDraw. If the License Purchaser purchased a Site License, “Authorized Number of Users” means fifty (50); provided, that if the License Purchaser purchased a Site License that provides for a greater number of Authorized Number of Users, "Authorized Number of Users" means the Authorized Number of Users as shown on the Addendum to Site License provided by and signed by an authorized officer of the Company.

Authorized Number of Users means the number of Registered Users that Subscriber has purchased a subscription for pursuant to a purchase order issued or payment made in response to an applicable Quote.

Authorized Number of Users means the number of Users who may be provided access to SmartDraw, which such amount shall be: (a) for a License Purchaser, the number of Users indicated on the invoice paid by such License Purchaser for SmartDraw (which may be depicted by the quantity of licenses purchased or otherwise acquired by the License Purchaser); or (b) for any person that is accessing SmartDraw that is not a License Purchaser, only one User (which such User shall be you, the individual, only).
