Assignment of Warranties definition

Assignment of Warranties has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(a)(iii).
Assignment of Warranties means, for any Aircraft, an assignment in the Agreed Form between the Seller thereof or an Affiliate of such Seller and the Purchaser, Genesis Funding Entity or New Lessor thereof, and consented to by the Manufacturer, of such Seller’s right, title and interest in the Manufacturer’s warranties in respect of such Aircraft, subject to the interests of the relevant Lessee.
Assignment of Warranties means the assignment agreement dated 20 April 2004 providing for the assignment to the Security Agent of warranty claims (including any underlying Security) under the warranty provided by the Project Engineer.

Assignment of Warranties means the assignment of warranties agreements substantially in the form heretofore provided by Lessor to Lessee, to be executed by Lessor in favor of Lessee, together with the consent thereto of the Manufacturer in respect of the Airframe warranties and the consent of the Engine manufacturer in respect of the Engines warranties, pursuant to which Lessor has agreed to assign to Lessee the right to enforce the warranties in respect of the Aircraft.
