Asset Entities shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble hereto.

More Definitions of Asset Entities

Asset Entities means, collectively, (i) Uniti Fiber GulfCo LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, bankruptcy-remote special purpose entity and a direct Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Borrower as of the Closing Date and (ii) any other bankruptcy-remote special purpose entity that is a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Borrower and party hereto pursuant to a Joinder Agreement that holds any relevant Uniti Fiber Business Assets pursuant to a Fiber Network Assets Transfer.

Asset Entities has the meaning specified in the Indenture.

Asset Entities at any time, the Asset Entities (as defined in the Tower Notes Indenture) under the Tower Notes Indenture at such time. As of the Closing Date, the Asset Entities consist of Crown Atlantic, Crown Communication, Crown GT, Crown NY, Crown PR, Crown PT, Crown South, Crown 05, Crown PR LLC, Crown MU and Crown MUPA.

Asset Entities has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

Asset Entities. “Issuers” or “Issuer Parties” (or similar forms thereof) shall thereafter refer to the remaining Asset Entities, Issuers or Issuer Parties (or similar forms thereof) and not to the Transferred Asset Entity.

Asset Entities means, collectively, each Closing Date Asset Entity and each Additional Asset Entity.

Asset Entities shall collectively mean Crown South, Crown Communication, Crown PT, Crown NY, Crown PR, Crown GT and Crown Atlantic.
