Approved TI Plans superseding (to the extent of any inconsistencies) any inconsistent features of the previously existing Approved Schematic Plans.
Approved TI Plans means the TI Plans prepared by the Design Professionals, after the same have been finally approved by the parties as provided below.

Examples of Approved TI Plans in a sentence

  • Following completion of the Approved TI Plans, Landlord shall apply for and use reasonable efforts to obtain the necessary permits and approvals to allow construction of all Tenant Improvements.

  • The improvements to or within the Building shown on the Approved TI Plans from time to time and to be constructed by Landlord pursuant to the Lease and this Tenant Work Letter.

  • Minor corrections of construction or decoration details, and minor mechanical adjustments, that are required in order to cause any applicable portion of the Tenant Improvements or Landlord’s Work as constructed to conform to the Approved TI Plans or this Tenant Work Letter in all material respects and that do not materially interfere with Tenant’s use or occupancy of the Building and the Premises.

  • Upon receipt of such permits and approvals, Landlord shall, at Tenant's expense (subject to Landlord's payment of the Tenant Improvement Allowance), construct and complete the Tenant Improvements substantially in accordance with the Approved TI Plans, subject to Unavoidable Delays and Tenant Delays (if any).

  • Upon receipt of such permits and approvals, Landlord shall, at Tenant’s expense (subject to Landlord’s payment of the Tenant Improvement Allowance and, to the extent requested by Tenant, the Additional TI Allowance), construct and complete the Tenant Improvements substantially in accordance with the Approved TI Plans, subject to Unavoidable Delays and Tenant Delays (if any).

  • If the nature of a TI Change requires revisions to the Approved TI Plans, then Landlord shall be solely responsible for the cost and expense of such revisions.

  • Any and all revisions to the Approved TI Plans shall be subject to Landlord’s approval (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) in the same manner provided in Paragraph 2(b) above.

  • Any changes to the Approved TI Plans (each, a “TI Change”) shall be requested and instituted in accordance with the provisions of this Article 3 and shall be subject to the written approval of the non-requesting party in accordance with this Work Letter.

Related to Approved TI Plans

  • Approved Plans means a stock option or similar plan for the benefit of employees or others which has been approved by the stockholders of the Acquiror.

  • Approved Plan means plan for the building or lay out plan approved by the Authority in accordance with prescribed regulations.

  • Approved 102 Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 102(b) of the Ordinance and held in trust by a Trustee for the benefit of the Optionee.

  • Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.

  • Approved program or "approved state" means a state or interstate program that has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123 (2000).

  • Approved Transferee means (a) a “qualified institutional buyer” (“QIB”) as defined in Rule 144A promulgated under the Securities Act that is a financial institution or commercial bank having capital and surplus of $5,000,000,000 or more, (b) an affiliate of the Funding Lender, or (c) a trust or custodial arrangement established by the Funding Lender or one of its affiliates the beneficial interests in which will be owned only by QIBs.

  • Sub-Plans means any sub-plan to the Plan that has been adopted by the Board or the Committee for the purpose of permitting the offering of Awards to employees of certain Designated Foreign Subsidiaries or otherwise outside the United States of America, with each such sub-plan designed to comply with local laws applicable to offerings in such foreign jurisdictions. Although any Sub-Plan may be designated a separate and independent plan from the Plan in order to comply with applicable local laws, the Absolute Share Limit and the other limits specified in Section 5(b) shall apply in the aggregate to the Plan and any Sub-Plan adopted hereunder.

  • Seller Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • MAA Approval means approval of an MAA by the applicable Regulatory Authority for marketing and sale of a Product in the Collaborator Territory, but excluding any Pricing and Reimbursement Approval.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Prior Plans means, collectively, the Company’s 2006 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended, 2009 Long-Term Incentive Plan, 2012 Long-Term Incentive Plan and 2013 Long-Term Incentive Plan. Awards granted under the Prior Plans continue to be governed under the terms of those Prior Plans.

  • Old Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8(b).

  • CAISO-Approved Meter means a CAISO approved revenue quality meter or meters, CAISO approved data processing gateway or remote intelligence gateway, telemetering equipment and data acquisition services sufficient for monitoring, recording and reporting, in real time, all electric energy produced by the Generating Facility less Station Use.
