Apprenticeship Agreement definition

Apprenticeship Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and the person employed as an apprentice, and his/her parent or guardian if he/she is a minor, which agreement or indenture shall be reviewed by the Joint Apprenticeship Committee, approved by the Supervisor of Apprentices and registered with the Registration Agency.
Apprenticeship Agreement means a written agreement between an apprentice and the apprentice’s employer, or an apprenticeship committee acting as the agent for the employer(s). The agreement contains the terms and conditions of the employment and training of the apprentice.
Apprenticeship Agreement. Means a written agreement, complying with §29.7, between an apprentice and either the apprentice’s program sponsor, or an apprenticeship committee acting as agent for the program sponsor(s), which contains the terms and conditions of the employment and training of the apprentice.
