Applicable Time Frame definition

Applicable Time Frame means the earlier of (a) ten (10) days after Pledgee’s written demand for such payment and (b) the date set forth in Pledgee’s written demand for such payment if such payment is required to be made by Pledgee prior to the ten (10) day period referred to in the foregoing clause “(a).”
