Anti-Dilution Adjustment definition

Anti-Dilution Adjustment means a percentage charge determined by the Manager that is charged: on a Dealing Day where there are net subscriptions into the Fund and which will be included in the Net Asset Value per Unit which is the Issue Price. This charge reflects the costs incurred by the Fund in purchasing additional portfolio securities upon the subscription for Units in the Fund; or on a Dealing Day where there are net redemptions from the Fund and which will be included in the Net Asset Value per Unit which is the Realisation Price. This charge reflects the costs incurred by the Fund in disposing of portfolio securities to meet the redemption requests.
