Annual Renewal Fee definition

Annual Renewal Fee means the annual charge to cover the continued use of the products and documentation, software will require annual activation keys;

More Definitions of Annual Renewal Fee

Annual Renewal Fee means the fee assess annually to a Builder Member.

"Closing Fee" has the meaning set forth in the Schedule. "Closing Date" means the date of the initial advance made by FINOVA pursuant to this Agreement. "Code" means the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted and in effect in the State of Arizona from time to time. "Collateral" has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1 hereof.

Related to Annual Renewal Fee

  • Renewal Fee means the fee that Borrower must pay Coast upon renewal of this Agreement pursuant to Section 9.1 hereof, in the amount set forth on the Schedule.

  • Annual Renewal Date means the date in any calendar year, subsequent to the year in which the Policy comes into effect, corresponding numerically with the Policy Commencement date in that subsequent year.

  • Annual Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.02(a).

  • Fixed Rent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 hereof.

  • Basic Rent means Basic Rent as defined in Paragraph 6.

  • Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Minimum Rent means the sum of Sixty-Six Million One Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty-Six Dollars ($66,176,526) per annum; subject, in each case, to adjustment as provided in Section 3.1.1(b).

  • Expense Fee As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the product of the Expense Fee Rate and its Stated Principal Balance as of that Distribution Date.
