Annual Appropriation definition

Annual Appropriation means the annual amount of state funds appropriated to the fund by the legislature.
Annual Appropriation means a request by the City Controller of an annual appropriation by the Common Council from General Revenues to pay debt service on the Bonds.
Annual Appropriation. The District’s obligations hereunder are subject to the annual appropriation of funds necessary for the performance thereof, which appropriations shall be made in the sole discretion of the District’s Board of Directors. Annual Appropriation means those funds specifically collected by the City-Parish from the proceeds of the 2.25 xxxxx ad valorem tax on the dollar of assessed valuation on all property subject to taxation within the boundaries of East Baton Rouge Parish, approved by the voters of East Baton Rouge Parish on November 8, 2016, for the purpose of funding the operations of the Council on Aging.

If the department determines that technological or economic limitations on the application of measurement methodology to a particular emissions unit would make the imposition of an emissions standard infeasible, a design, equipment, work practice, operational standard or combination thereof may be prescribed instead to satisfy the requirement for the application of best available control technology.
