Amended and Restated Registration Rights Agreement definition

Amended and Restated Registration Rights Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Amended and Restated Registration Rights Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Registration Rights Agreement to be dated as of the Closing Date between the Company and Elevation in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

• Any notice, demand or other communication under the Amended and Restated Registration Rights Agreement to Joining Company Shareholder shall be given to Joining Company Shareholder at the address set forth on the signature page hereto in accordance with Section 4.6‎ of the A&R Registration Rights Agreement.
