Airport Lands definition

Airport Lands means those lands, water, air space, buildings and structures leased to the Airport Authority by Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada pursuant to the terms of the Ground Lease;

  • It is hereby expressly agreed between the Licensor and the Licensee that if during the term hereof the Airport Lands or any part thereof shall be damaged or destroyed by any cause, event, or casualty and the Licensee is unable to use the Airport Lands or any part thereof, or exercise any right or privilege pursuant to this Licence, the Licensee shall have no claim against the Licensor as a result thereof.

  • Airport lounge means a business location:

  • Crown lands has the same meaning as is given to that term by the Land Act;

  • Airport hazard means any structure, object of natural growth, or use of land which obstructs the airspace required for the flight of aircraft in landing or taking off at an airport, or is otherwise hazardous to such landing or taking off of aircraft.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.
