Aggregate Contribution definition

Aggregate Contribution means the aggregate of a Participant’s Contribution and the Corporation’s Contribution related to such Participant’s Contribution;
Aggregate Contribution means the total of all contributions from a contributor during the pre-filing period.

  • Medical Plans under Section G.2 will be set at the Company’s discretion but will be included in the Aggregate Contribution Limit.

  • An Employee forfeits an Associated Matching Contribution unless the Matching Contribution is a Vested Excess Aggregate Contribution distributed in accordance with Section 4.10(B) (ACP test).
