Account Bank definition

Account Bank means any of them.

Account Bank means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, in its capacity as the “Account Bank” pursuant to this Agreement and the Collection Account Agreement.

• If the Account Bank provides notice of its intent to terminate a Control Agreement, the Borrower shall open a new collateral account that is subject to a new Control Agreement with a replacement Account Bank within thirty (30) days (or such longer period as the Administrative Agent may agree in its sole discretion) of the Borrower, receiving such notice.

More Definitions of Account Bank

Account Bank means, in relation to a Series of Securities, the entity (if any) appointed as such under the Agency Agreement and as specified in the Issue Terms.

Account Bank means any “bank” within the meaning of Section 9-102(a)(8) of the UCC at which any deposit account constituting a Collateral Account is held, which shall be (a) located in the United States and (b) reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Account Bank means a Qualified Institution approved by the Administrative Agent that is holding the Accounts, which initially shall be Xxxxx Fargo Bank.

Account Bank means Xxxxx Fargo, in its capacity as the “Securities Intermediary” pursuant to the Securities Account Control Agreement.
