Accessibility Guidelines means and refers in the broadest sense to federal and California state standards and guidelines relevant to Pedestrian Facilities and/or Park and Ride Facilities (including but not limited to ADAAG, PROWAG and Title 24). However, for the purposes of this Settlement Agreement, Accessibility Guidelines means and refers to DIB 82 (See Exhibit 3A).

Examples of Accessibility Guidelines in a sentence

  • The applicant assures that any Electronic Information Resources (EIR) produced as part of this agreement will comply with the State of Texas Accessibility requirements as specified in 1 TAC 206, 1 TAC Chapter 213, Federal Section 508 standards, and the WCAG 2.0 AA Accessibility Guidelines.

Related to Accessibility Guidelines

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.

  • Accessibility means the ability for persons served to enter, approach, communicate with, or make use of the services of an agency, including but not limited to the need for bilingual staff, minority-specific programming, staffing patterns that reflect community demographics and adequacy of hours of operation.

Xxxxxxx Science’s nominated service provider, Xxxxxxx Science, offers English language support services which Assignor may elect to utilise in respect of the Work by completing the applicable box in Schedule 1: Details of the Work. The provision of such services by Xxxxxxx Science shall be subject to Xxxxxxx 2 [v.122016] Science’s prevailing terms and rates relating to such type of optional support.

  • Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;

  • Standards means the British or international standards, Authority's internal policies and procedures, Government codes of practice and guidance referred to in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards) together with any other specified policies or procedures identified in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards);
