Access Route definition

Access Route means that portion of the Core Network which the Concessionaire, is authorised to traverse in order to Access a Marshalling Yard, or Exchange Yard, or consolidation point, or collection point (or similar natural hand-over point) on the Core Network to deliver and/or collect Wagons, being the Core Network line between Belmont Station and Beaconsfield;
Access Route means the lane, street, avenue or other means of ingress or egress available for collection vehicles to approach the Loading Area for the purpose of collecting waste materials.
